OUR STORY

Our passion for Motorsports

As avid F1 fans from a young age, we always dreamed of getting closer to the sport we loved — to feel the roar of the engines not just from the grandstands, but from behind the scenes. But there was one problem: we didn’t know how to enter that world.

Over the years, we chased that dream, attending 12 Grand Prix races and numerous festivals, standing behind the fences and watching the people we wished we could be. Every time the lights went out, our hearts raced with them. Yet, even after all those experiences, we still felt like spectators, not participants.

That changed when we discovered STEM Racing. For the first time, it felt like we had found a way into the world of F1. Designing, testing, and racing miniature cars gave us a glimpse of what it meant to run a real Formula 1 team. For us, it wasn’t just a school project; it was our first step into motorsport.

Because of STEM Racing....

Because of STEM Racing, we had the opportunity to meet the four Red Bull Drivers: Max Verstappen, Yuki Tsunoda, Liam Lawson, and Isaack Hadjar.

But it's not all about celebrities. Because of STEM Racing, we were able to go behind the scenes at an official Haas F1 Team Test at Fuji Speedway, where we met Ayao Komatsu, the ambassador of STEM Racing Japan (you may also know him as the Team Principal of the Haas F1 Team). Because of STEM Racing, we gained a deeper understanding and got a closer look at what it means to work in F1.

Because of STEM Racing, our Team Manager was able to be part of the finalist group for the esteemed Komatsu-Williams Engineering Academy, where he met engineers and even the sporting director, Sven Smeets, at Williams Racing.

Because of STEM Racing, we’ve developed skills that extend far beyond the classroom, from engineering and management to communication and sponsorship acquisition. But more importantly, we’ve discovered that STEM Racing offers something no textbook or lecture ever could: real-world experience, teamwork under pressure, and the pursuit of excellence. That’s why we compete, and it’s our passion for motorsport that drives us to keep pushing forward.
